PROJECT GRADUATION is NOT a school sponsored event. Though Rouse High School endorses this activity, after commencement exercises the students are alumni of Rouse High School. The PROJECT GRADUATION celebration is organized, funded and hosted by the Rouse HS PROJECT GRADUATION organization (Parents Organizing a Safe and Sober Evening or P.O.S.S.E.) and community volunteers, with the support, cooperation and assistance of the Leander ISD Board of Education and the Rouse High School Administration.
